Your Primary Duties will Encompass:
- Managing the strategies of directors of divisions;
- On behalf of upper management, prepare and coordinate the production of secret documents, briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence with ministers;
- Administration of agendas, including taking minutes and keeping tabs on progress;
- Organizing and sorting the PSC’s incoming mail, contacts, and messages;
- Costs associated with the travel and lodging of the Coordinating Directors as needed;
- The division’s budget, forecast document monitoring, and invoice processing;
- Coordinating the arrival and departure of guests and visitors to the Argyle Street PSC Office
- Meeting and event planning:
- Making sure that administrative processes are constantly being improved and innovated.
- Beyond the aforementioned, you will be responsible for overseeing several operational activities, including workflow systems, correspondence processing, and delivery tracking, in order to establish an efficient workflow.
