Business Analyst Job Requirements in Terms of Education and Work History:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA), economics, finance, or a closely connected field. Degree of master’s preferred.
Three years of relevant work experience as a business analyst in an information technology (IT) company, ideally with an emphasis on financial structures or activities related to economics.
Proficient in analyzing complicated business processes and systems; able to critically analyze these.
Superb verbal and written communication skills; may be able to explain complex concepts to audiences who aren’t experts in the field.
Competence in business analysis methods, including requirements gathering, process modeling, statistical analysis, and stakeholder management.
Expertise in business analytic tools and applications, including Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, JIRA, and Confluence.
Strong familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) approaches, particularly Agile and Waterfall, and a preference for leading high-performing agile teams.
Working autonomously, setting priorities, and juggling multiple projects at once in a high-pressure environment are all skills that are required.
Thorough focus on detail and determination to produce exceptional outcomes.
It would be an advantage if you have relevant credentials, such as PMI-PBA or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
