Join AA Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, a customer service firm based in Lahore. We are seeking a someone with strong English communication skills, preferably with a background of two years working as a Customer Care Representative or a comparable role.
Responsibility of the Customer Care Representative Position:
- Complete all quote requests (by live chat, phone, or email) by the agreed upon SLAs.
- Verify that the customer has received the best labelling solution by offering suggestions and advise based on the customer’s label usage.
- Make an effort to upsell AA Labels’ products and services.
- Establish trust with clients and always write down your follow-ups to any spoken conversations.
- I am in charge of providing consultations and soft sales for all inquiries.
- Call back potential customers after receiving sample orders and quotes in the hopes of securing a purchase.
- Make a concerted effort to find new business possibilities and reach quotation conversion targets.
- As needed, offer assistance and instruction to coworkers.
- Ensure coverage for team members when they are out or extremely busy.
- Anticipate potential concerns with client orders, complaints, and returns; promptly communicate with customers to apprise them of any developments; and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate team member. Make sure that these things are done.
- Answer questions and complete assignments pertaining to artwork.
- Keep an eye on Express orders and make sure they’re always fulfilled to the customer’s satisfaction.
- The completion of suitable additional hours in order to finish tasks and/or decrease workload.
Customer Care Representative Job Abilities & Skills:
Knowledge
- Highly numerate and well-versed in the principles of geometry and measuring.
- Excellent understanding of customer service and CRM in depth.
- Thorough understanding of methods for converting quotations and soft/consultative sales.
- Full training will be offered, therefore prior experience in the self-adhesive label sector is helpful but not required for this position.

- Proficient in both written and spoken English

- Proficient in written and spoken English with strong comprehension skills.
