Database Management for Products:

  • Make sure all product details are up-to-date and correct in our eCommerce system by entering and updating them accurately.
  • Help organise and manage product catalogues, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Work together with the tech group to verify that all product data is correct and consistent.

Working together and Communicating:

  • Coordinate closely with other members of the team to disseminate information gathered from dealings with customers.
  • Be present at team meetings on a regular basis to disseminate information, get updates, and help with the pursuit of continuous improvement.
  • Make sure the team succeeds as a whole by helping out individual members when they need it.

Requirements for the Position of Customer Service Specialist:
