An international sportswear company with headquarters in the United Kingdom is expanding into Lahore and is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. Our team has been operating remotely for the past two years. At this point, we’ve decided to open our office and train our employees all in one place.

Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, directing subculture and engagement jobs by addressing employee family member’s difficulties, creating verbal interchange, and nourishing team growth are all essential responsibilities of this position. Overseeing onboarding, benefits administration, and the cultivation of an exceptional work culture in line with the employer’s overarching goals, this position acts as a go-between for management and both local and UK staff.

Job Duties of a Human Resources Manager:

  • In charge of recruiting top people and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Part of this process involves expanding activity ads, conducting interviews, and providing new recruits with the tools, resources, and training they need to do their jobs well.
