Admin Finance Specialist in WASA Lahore 2024

“Preparation / Design Phase Project Management Unit (PMU) for Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Babu Sabu, Lahore” is hiring an Admin Finance Specialist on a contract basis.

Job Duties of an Admin Finance Specialist:

  • Supervisor of the appropriate areas of the Administration and Financial Unit, ensuring their timely and accurate execution within the agreed annual budget.
  • Managing the PMU’s finances and operations as a whole, assisting the Project Director when needed to keep things running smoothly.
  • Oversees grant disbursement and withdrawal processes, prepares annual budgets and financial reports/statements, and conducts audits of accounts.
  • Appointed to handle payment processing based on recommendations from individual managers.
  • In charge of distributing financial reports to donors, the auditor general, and the government of Punjab on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Keep track of project funds, make sure they’re reimbursed, and keep general financial discipline.
  • Maintain a friendly and productive work atmosphere on the projects by fostering positive relationships with employees through training, coaching, and counseling.
  • Bringing the accounting process online.
  • Coordinating with the accounting and finance teams to guarantee prompt payment.
  • Carry out the last steps in closing out assigned contracts, making sure everything is in order administratively and reporting-wise before proposing final closeout. This includes making sure all end goods have been delivered, inspected, and accepted.
  • Complete assigned tasks and other relevant tasks as needed.
  • Something else the PD might ask of you while the project is underway.

Qualifications for the Position of Admin Finance Specialist:

Level of education:
